Job summary

SES Engineering Services are seeking a Bid Manager on a full-time permanent contract to join our Scotland team in Glasgow to manage the bid process for individual projects and ensure bids are properly considered and co-ordinated for adjudication.

You will lead tenders in line with the SES Bid Strategy and governance, coordinating input from internal and external resources and delivering settlements, while supporting flexible working and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bids in accordance with bid strategy and governance.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate inputs from internal and external resources.
• Delivery of settlements and chairing project settlements where required.
• Agree supply chain with business unit and ensure timely bid delivery.

The Role

SES Engineering Services are looking for a Bid Manager on a full-time permanent contract to join our South team supporting the Scotland Team to manage SES Engineering Services individual project bid process to ensure that a properly considered and co-ordinated bid can be presented for adjudication.

What You'll Be Doing

Our Bid Managers are a valuable part of our business, leading the way to provide leadership on tenders in accordance with the SES Bid Strategy and governance.

As a Bid Manager you will be involved in the following:

• Implementation of agreed bid strategy


• Project specific stakeholder management


• Delivery of settlement requirements


• Chairing project settlements


• Managing input/output from internal and external resource


• Agree supply chain with business unit


• Responsible for the delivery of the bid on time and to the required standard
