Job summary

SES Engineering Services is seeking a Bid Manager to join our North West team, supporting the South regions, to manage the end-to-end bid process and ensure a well-co-ordinated bid for adjudication. This full-time permanent role offers exposure to pre-construction activities and career progression within a diverse, supportive team.

• Lead project settlements and chair settlement meetings.

• Agree supply chain with business unit and ensure on-time bid delivery.

The Role

SES Engineering Services are looking for a Bid Manager on a full-time permanent contract to join our North West team supporting the South regions to manage SES Engineering Services individual project bid process to ensure that a properly considered and co-ordinated bid can be presented for adjudication.

What You'll Be Doing

Our Bid Managers are a valuable part of our business, leading the way to provide leadership on tenders in accordance with the SES Bid Strategy and governance.

As a Bid Manager you will be involved in the following:

• Implementation of agreed bid strategy
• Project specific stakeholder management
• Delivery of settlement requirements
• Chairing project settlements
• Managing input/output from internal and external resource
• Agree supply chain with business unit
• Responsible for the delivery of the bid on time and to the required standard
