SES Engineering Services is recruiting a Bid Manager for a full-time permanent role to support our South regions. You will lead the bid process, coordinating internal and external inputs to present a well-considered bid for adjudication.

You’ll drive bid strategy, stakeholder engagement, and settlement activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SES governance. Flexible working is available and a strong team culture is emphasised.

SES Engineering Services are looking for a Bid Manager on a full-time permanent contract to join our South teamsupporting the South regions to manage SES Engineering Servicesindividual project bid process to ensure thata properly consideredand co-ordinated bid can be presented for adjudication.

What you'll be doing:

OurBidManagersare a valuable part of our business,leading the way to provide leadership on tendersin accordance withtheSESBid Strategy and governance.

As a Bid Manager you will be involved in the following:
