Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Bid Excellence Manager to lead high-quality bid responses for UK&I opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales and Central teams to craft winning strategies, compelling value propositions, and compliant delivery processes.

You will coordinate bid submissions, support renewals, and drive bid capability through governance, tools, and stakeholder coaching across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing complex bids, proposal and strategic pursuits and both private and public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-quality bid submissions to support growth and renewals.
• Provide bid governance and best-practice tools for content management and stakeholder coaching.
• Manage bids from capture through submission and facilitate pre-tender meetings with key stakeholders.
• Improve bid quality, win rates, and customer experience across UK&I.
• Oversee Bid lifecycle elements: Bid writing, project management, and value positioning.
• Opportunity to develop and upskill bid experts within the organisation.
