DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Bid Excellence Manager to join the Bid Excellence team. This remote role with Midlands travel will shape proposals for customers across multiple sectors, coordinating with Sales, Solutions Design, Finance and Operations to move opportunities from capture to final submission.

You will work with a high-performing team to develop bid content, upskill internal teams, and drive a compelling customer storytelling approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and coordinating complex bids and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Support development of compelling proposals and coordinate with SMEs to deliver high-quality bid submissions.
• Partner with sales from early capture to submission to understand customer challenges and differentiate proposals.
• Create clear, engaging bid content and ensure a consistent narrative across submissions.
• Work with SMEs to translate complex information into easy-to-understand content.
