Job summary

Workplace Futures Group is seeking a Bid Manager to coordinate and deliver high-quality bid submissions from receipt to post-tender interview. The role focuses on bid coordination, content management, and supporting the creative delivery of bids to ensure materials are clear, accurate, and on time.

Working within the bid team, you’ll help manage information, support visuals and content development, and contribute to cohesive, client-focused submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating bid submissions from receipt through post-tender.
• Ability to manage content and ensure brand consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid setup from receipt to post-tender interview.
• Attend bid kick-off meetings and confirm actions, deadlines, and formats.
• Set up bid folder structures and document control.
• Track deadlines and support the bid team with information and deliverables.
• Organise incoming communications and project information.
• Assist in coordinating inputs to support timely submissions.
• Develop concept bid designs with Project Designers and Directors.
• Coordinate visual elements such as layouts, diagrams, and graphics.
• Build tender templates including CVs, case studies, and generic pages.
• Ensure materials follow concept, structure and client brand.
• Proofread and edit content for clarity and consistency.
• Coordinate input from Project Designers, Directors, and other contributors.
• Assist with workshops or concept sessions as required.
• Contribute to a collaborative bid team environment.
• Prepare mid-tender and post-tender interview presentations.
