Job summary

esynergy is seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to own the bid process—from identifying opportunities to submission and lessons learned. You will manage several live bids across DOS, G-Cloud and TS4, coordinating contributors and keeping timelines on track.

You’ll work with the Bid Lead to ensure quality submissions while taking the lead on organisation, communication and process efficiency across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels.
• Ownership mindset; able to drive tasks to completion and chase contributors.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple bids in parallel.
• Forward-thinking with the ability to spot issues and opportunities early.
• Proficient with SharePoint, Excel, Slack, Outlook and government procurement portals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor procurement portals and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate bid-no-bid decisions and maintain our bid pipeline.
• Administer multiple live bids, set up trackers, organise meetings and deadlines.
• Coordinate submission packs and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Maintain case studies, CVs, boilerplate content and accreditations.
