Job description

Consulting and recruiting for over three decades, we now assist customers in Airports, Energy, Metro, Ports, Rail, Roads, Telecoms, Waste & Water sectors. We provide staff, labour, and support services to civil engineering contractors, subcontractors, utilities, infrastructure owners, and operators nationwide.

Main Responsibilities
  1. The Bid Co-ordinator will coordinate and produce proposal documents such as RFI, SQ, PQQ, ITT, RFP, etc. Responsibilities include implementing document version control procedures and processes.
  2. This is a critical role supporting the wider business development process. Effective execution maximizes wins and their value, contributing to the company's growth and profitability strategies.
  3. Monitor and respond to potential proposals via customer or third-party portals, emails, or internal requirements.
  4. Produce and deliver compliant, professional proposals within customer-defined timeframes.
  5. Coordinate input from stakeholders including sales, solutioning, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and project delivery.
  6. Promote collaboration tools, document management, and version control best practices.
  7. Ensure proposal documents adhere to corporate branding, formatting, and quality standards.
  8. Advise on document flow, language, and grammar.
  9. Consolidate sections and documents from team members into the required tender format.
  10. Maintain, access, and backup master document sets.
