Job description

Main Responsibilities

The Bid Co-ordinator will coordinate and produce proposal documents such as RFI, SQ, PQQ, ITT, RFP, etc. Responsibilities include implementing document version control procedures and processes.

This role supports the business development process by maximizing wins and their value, contributing to the company's growth and profitability strategies.

Key duties include:

  1. Monitoring and responding to channels for potential proposals, including portals, emails, or internal requirements.
  2. Producing and delivering compliant, professional proposals within customer deadlines.
  3. Coordinating input from stakeholders across sales, solutioning, marketing, product teams, finance, legal, and project delivery.
  4. Promoting collaboration tools, document management, and version control best practices.
  5. Ensuring proposal documents adhere to branding, formatting, and quality standards.
  6. Advising content owners on flow, language, and grammar.
  7. Consolidating sections or documents into the required tender format.
  8. Maintaining and backing up master document sets.
