Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Business Intelligence Support Analyst as part of an accredited apprenticeship to support the Analytics and BI team. The role focuses on routine data tasks, report updates, dashboard refreshes and BI operational support within a national NHS framework.

You will develop core technical and analytical skills, gain experience with NHS datasets, reporting tools and data quality processes while contributing to the smooth running of the BI service.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn analytical toolsets and perform data tasks.
• Ability to work with highly complex data and information.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Enrolled in an accredited apprenticeship programme.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for BI reports, dashboards refreshes and data collection/validation.
• Assist with first-line support for BI tools and communicate issues to the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to define information needs and BI projects.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance on data and analytics issues.
