Job summary

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a BI Support Analyst to assist the Analytics and Business Intelligence team. The role focuses on routine data tasks, system administration, report updates, and BI support while completing an accredited apprenticeship programme.

The post holder will gain experience with NHS datasets, reporting tools, data quality processes and BI systems, contributing to the smooth running of the BI service.

Qualifications

• Experience with NHS datasets and BI systems; able to handle complex information.
• Apprenticeship or accredited development programme to enhance skills.
• Ability to present highly complex data to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for BI tools and systems and communicate analytical issues to the wider team.
• Support routine data tasks, data collection, entry and validation for BI reports.
• Refresh dashboards and support analytical service provision across the Partnership.
• Produce documentation to enable handover of new developments to BAU operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to define information and analytical requirements.
