Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence and Performance Officer to join a public sector Communities and Homes function. You will provide insight to support operational planning, financial management, regulatory requirements and strategic decision-making.

The role involves producing performance reports, dashboards and MI, analysing data from multiple sources, and collaborating with managers and senior stakeholders across housing and property services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a business intelligence, performance management, data analysis or management information environment.
• Strong experience analysing data from multiple sources and turning complex information into clear business insight.
• Experience producing performance reports, dashboards and management information for managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of performance measurement, KPIs and using data to support service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular and ad-hoc performance reports, management information and business intelligence for operational and senior management teams.
• Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear and actionable performance information.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective data solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and support services in understanding performance against targets and standards.
• Provide analysis to support regulatory reporting, service assurance and performance management.
