Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a commercially focused Business Performance / BI Analyst to deliver high-quality insight and performance reporting across a major UK infrastructure organisation. You will synthesize customer, revenue and commercial data into actionable recommendations for decision making.

You will interact with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Marketing and Business Development, owning executive reporting, KPI analysis, forecasting and financial modelling while improving reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering executive-level reporting and KPIs.
• Experience turning large datasets into actionable insight.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain complex analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL/Databricks and dashboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance reporting with executive commentary.
• Maintain KPI reporting, identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyse customer segments, behaviour, frequency, retention and conversion.
• Lead traffic and revenue forecasting for budgets and reforecasts.
• Maintain financial models and perform scenario analysis.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing and Business Development.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and automate reporting processes.
• Perform data validation and investigate anomalies.
