Job summary

Woodside Logistics Group is seeking a Business Analyst to harness data from across the Group and turn it into insights that guide decisions. You will work with large datasets, Excel, and Power BI to develop reports and dashboards, delivering clear insights to stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and Health & Safety, review reporting processes, and help define key performance measures. This role is based at our Head Office.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Ability to communicate data insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to weekly reporting across Group companies.
• Analyse and present key business data to senior management.
• Develop dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
• Identify trends and opportunities to support decisions.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and Health & Safety on reporting.
• Review reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support KPI development and performance analysis.
• Ensure data and outputs are accurate and accessible.
