Job summary

develop is seeking a BI & ERP Data Analyst in High Wycombe to own ERP data, reporting, and BI capabilities. You will analyse large ERP datasets, improve data quality and deliver actionable insights for Sales, Finance, Warehouse and IT.

The role focuses on building ERP reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled data capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Office-based, permanent role with strong progression potential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP data and reporting systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful reporting and insight.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyse ERP and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and improve ERP reporting, dashboards and operational reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management information.
• Translate reporting requirements into KPIs and actionable insights.
• Investigate data quality and governance, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Support ERP data migration activities including mapping and validation.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data processes.
• Collaborate with ERP Data Manager and IT to improve data foundations.
