Job summary

Smart Pension is seeking a data-driven BI professional to join the central data team in London. You will translate business challenges into data questions and deliver high-quality BI reporting solutions that empower self-service and informed decision-making across the organisation.

The role focuses on building scalable BI assets, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring data trust and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Tableau, Redshift, and dbt is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data, BI and reporting.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical reporting requirements.
• Strong communication to explain data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain BI solutions and dashboards (Tableau).
• Standardise metrics and ensure data quality across reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and drive data literacy.
• Develop robust data models in the data warehouse (Redshift) with dbt.
• Review code and participate in QA to ensure accuracy and value.
