Job summary

Times Higher Education is seeking a BI Developer to join a dynamic, hybrid team based in London. You will build insightful Tableau dashboards and analytical reports across commercial, financial and web data, collaborating with stakeholders to answer key business questions.

You will work with the modern BI stack (Fivetran, dbt, GitHub, Snowflake and Tableau) and gain exposure to Salesforce and NetSuite data, helping automate and improve reporting and data quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Tableau experience with professional dashboards.
• Proficient SQL skills for data querying and transformation.
• Experience turning business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern BI stack and data sources (Salesforce/NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine reporting, data models and KPI metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for varied audiences.
• Use SQL to query and validate data from multiple sources.
• Document reporting logic and business rules, using GitHub for version control.
• Participate in continuous BI improvements and AI-enabled analytics.
