Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a housing association in the Bristol area on a 6–12 month fixed term contract. Location: Bristol with agile working. Pay rate: £20 – £25 per hour (experience depending).

You will build reporting tools and dashboards to give teams visibility, support senior leaders with insights, and help improve data standards and BI capability across the organisation.

Experience in social housing or asset management is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Strong MS SQL and data visualisation skills
• Great communication, confident explaining data to all audiences
• A collaborative, curious, and detail-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Create clear, consistent reports that are delivered to business requirements
• Support senior teams by providing analytical capability to ensure appropriate monitoring with performance and strategic insight
• Work with data teams to improve quality and reporting standards
• Help colleagues understand and use data effectively, to move the business through the Business Intelligence Maturity model
