Job summary

Talent International UK Ltd. is seeking a data/BI professional to advance our dashboards and data models from Bristol city centre. The role focuses on building Power BI reports, optimizing SQL queries, and collaborating with senior managers to set KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
• Ability to write and optimise DAX.
• Solid understanding of database and data model design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior managers to define KPIs and communicate data-driven concepts across departments.
• Build internal and external reports in Power BI and SQL to help colleagues understand performance and drive change.
• Plan and execute ad-hoc analytical projects using SQL and Excel.
• Provide technical advice as the resident database expert.
• Contribute to SQL and report reviews.
• Support development projects by advising on performance and data-related decisions.
• Work across ETL pipelines and front-end report design as needed.
• Deliver insights that help steer critical business decisions.
