Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a housing association in the Bristol area on a 6–12 month fixed term contract. Location: Bristol with agile working. Pay rate: £20 – £25 per hour (experience depending).

You will build reporting tools and dashboards to give teams visibility, support senior leaders with insights, and help improve data standards and BI capability across the organisation.

Experience in social housing or asset management is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Strong MS SQL and data visualisation skills
• Great communication, confident explaining data to all audiences
• A collaborative, curious, and detail-focused approach

Business Intelligence Analyst

In this role the Business Intelligence Analystwill build the reporting tools and dashboards that giveteams real visibility of how the client is performing,helping senior leaders make informed decisions and improve services for customers.

Working closely with the Assets and Repairsteams, designingstandardised, reliable reports and support colleagues in using them effectively. Also helping shape data standards, improve data quality, and play a part in developing thewider business intelligence capability.

What the Business Intelligence Analyst will do:
