Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic partners with an energetic Customer Development Executive to grow market share in Kilburn and surrounding areas. You will sell Beers, Ciders and Soft Drinks to Symbol and Independent retailers, building strong relationships and executing a territory business plan.

Ideal candidates are sales-driven, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a driving licence, and the ability to work autonomously within a 60-minute commute of NW6.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Direct Sales/Convenience or FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make face-to-face contact with Symbol & Independent retailers.
• Establish and retain new business opportunities in your territory.
• Deliver a business plan to maximise sales opportunities.
• Develop a territory business plan and growth strategy.
• Use data and retailer evidence to drive best practice.
