Bell Recruitment seeks a seasoned Production & Operations Manager to lead our beverage production and bottling operations. You will drive safety, quality, and cost efficiency while building a high‑performing team across production, warehousing and logistics.

You will own production planning, equipment performance and workforce productivity, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to deliver high‑quality products on time and at the lowest sustainable cost.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading production or operations in beverage bottling, food manufacturing, FMCG or similar.
• Strong track record of improving productivity, quality and cost performance.
• Experience in managing production planning, equipment performance and workforce productivity.
• Familiarity with warehouse management, inventory control and logistics.

Responsabilités

• Lead all production activities from cask disgorging to dispatch, including bottling and packaging.
• Develop and implement efficient production schedules aligned with orders.
• Maximise throughput, equipment utilisation and labour productivity.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, downtime, waste and inefficiencies.
• Establish KPIs (OEE, output, labour efficiency, waste, cost per finished case).
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee warehouse, inventory, and distribution processes to ensure on-time fulfilment.
• Manage purchasing of materials and maintain supplier relationships.
• Lead site maintenance and ensure safety, compliance and audit readiness.
