Osel Enterprises in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Supervising Staff member to lead production and ensure efficient bottling plant operations. You will drive performance, manage staff, and collaborate with the plant team to meet targets.

This role covers governance, budgeting, safety compliance, KPI monitoring, and stakeholder liaison with Sales, CEO, and Trustees. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cost-saving mindset are essential.

Mansioni

• Overseeing bottling plant/water cooler/driving staff to ensure they are productive and working efficiently, this is a hands on role and you will be part of the bottling plant team.
• Providing leadership that drives performance excellence and ensures efficient staff operation.
• Handling human resource decisions such as hiring, training, performance monitoring and implementing staff development initiatives.
• Managing Budgets
• Ensuring that production budgets are met and driving cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensuring that the production facility complies with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensuring the operation meets legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Ensuring the plant maintains its Water Hydration Association Plant and Distributors accreditation.
• Optimizing processes, mapping how work gets done, removing bottlenecks and introducing better ways of working.
• Using KPI's and dashboards to drive output, quality, service levels, customer satisfaction and safety.
• Monitoring and managing operational costs, ensuring budget conformance and initiating cost-saving strategies.
• Dealing with staffing gaps, supply chain issues, system outages, customer complaints or operational incidents.
• To keep the warehouse/watercooler area organanised, stock placement considering sku demand and clean and tidy.
• Work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to drive sales and attract new customers
• Work with the existing supply base, source new suppliers and products to enhance the product offer
• To maintain an operational vehicle licence
• To check and maintain the Forklift Truck regularly and report any technical issues to the CEO
• To maintain all company vehicles including cleaning, safety checks, serving, MOT's and break downs
• Tanker CIP Cleaning
• CIP Bottling Plant
• CIP Internal Tanks
• Clean site and continually improve building standard
• Working closely with Sales, CEO, Chairman and Trustees and external partners to keep everything aligned.
