Carlsberg Britvic Leeds facility is seeking a Shift Team Leader to drive manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and performance. You will lead a production team of 10–15 people, promote a right-first-time culture, and ensure delivery of the production plan.

You will collaborate with Engineering and QA, uphold Health & Safety, GMP, and cost controls, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong safety, quality and continuous improvement focus.
• Experience with GMP and performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop a production team of 10–15 employees.
• Maintain safety, health, environmental and PPE standards.
• Ensure Quality and GMP standards and Right First Time delivery.
• Plan resources to meet the production plan and KPIs (OEE, yield, waste).
• Identify issues, own solutions and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA to improve performance.
