The ideal candidate will have end-to-end leadership across production, engineering and supply chain, delivering performance improvements while managing investment and people development.

Qualifications

• Must have end-to-end operational leadership experience covering production, engineering, quality, supply chain and site performance.
• Strong background in FMCG, especially beverage/f&b packaging.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership of a complete manufacturing operation.
• Oversee production, engineering, quality and supply chain to drive site performance.
• Lead CAPEX, automation and new equipment projects with a focus on value and ROI.
