Job summary

McCurrach Careers is seeking a Territory Manager to represent Carlsberg Britvic across Enfield. You will build relationships with store decision-makers, secure displays, increase distribution and boost sales and visibility of the portfolio.

Ideal candidates have field sales experience, enjoy autonomy and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with leading brands, supported by a collaborative team and strong career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working in field sales or similar role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and territory planning ability.
• Be self-motivated and results-driven.
• A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans).

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory and plan visits to maximise opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
• Negotiate additional displays and promotional activity.
• Drive distribution, availability and visibility across the product range.
• Execute merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Actively sell to key contacts to maximise sales and visibility.
• Use sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
