Job summary

BVC Hospitality in London is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead the drinks offer across NAC, Crème, Le Café NAC and 74 Duke, developing menus and maintaining brand standards.

You will manage suppliers, costings and training, while also working hands-on behind the bar when needed, to ensure a consistent, high-quality drinks experience across venues. Travel between venues in London may be required to align beverage strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or similar drinks-focused role, ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong working knowledge of coffee, cocktails and wine.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented leadership with ability to train teams across venues and brands.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Development: design and evolve drinks menus across all venues.
• Standards & Training: set beverage standards and train venue teams.
• Supplier & Cost Management: run tenders and negotiate brand deals with Procurement.
• Quality Control: conduct audits and tastings to ensure consistency.
• Compliance: ensure licensing, allergens, and health & safety compliance.
• Innovation: track drinks trends and lead seasonal menu development.
• Cross-Venue Collaboration: align beverage offer with broader strategy across sites.
• Reporting: track beverage sales, wastage and stock; report to Group Operations Director.
• Recruitment: own recruitment for bar roles and develop Bar Managers.
• Hands-on: work behind the bar during shifts when needed.
• Glassware/Equipment Standardisation and input on new openings.
