Delta is seeking a Business Development Manager for PCS in BESS in Hemel Hempstead. Lead growth initiatives, design forward-thinking expansion strategies, and build valuable commercial relationships to move the energy transition forward.

The role requires 3–5 years in B2B sales or BD with PCS/BESS or related energy tech, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering. English fluency is mandatory; additional languages are an asset.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience with PCS, BESS or related electrical/energy tech.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.

• Understand customer needs and translate them into value propositions.
• Develop tailored commercial models and proposals.
