As Food and Drink Supervisor, you will lead the daily operation of our café and wake service, ensuring the highest standards of food presentation, customer care, hygiene, and venue management. You will supervise and support the food and drink team, ensuring resources are effectively managed and that customers receive an outstanding service at all times. This role combines hands‑on operational responsibility with team leadership, administration, and compliance management.

This position is subject to an annualised hours contract. Evening working may be required to support wake bookings, and the successful candidate will be expected to become the Personal Licence Holder for The Arbor if not already qualified.
The council is not currently able to offer sponsorship in this role. Candidates will need to have right to work that enables them to commit to at least 6 months employment. Right to work is not transferable from a sponsored role held with another employer.
