Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Realisation Analyst to support the Benefits Manager across the PPO/PPP programme. You will ensure data integrity, maintain systems, and provide reporting to inform governance and decision-making.

The role involves working closely with project teams to identify, track and communicate benefits, with emphasis on data quality, governance and continuous improvement in reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Benefits Realisation database AMPLIFY, ensuring data accuracy as the single source of truth.
• Reconcile and verify data between AMPLIFY and finance.
• Investigate data discrepancies and escalate issues with recommended resolutions.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, issues and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations to support decision-making.
• Provide accurate data monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc for benefits reporting.
