Job summary

Rullion is seeking a Reporting and Intelligence Analyst on a contract basis in Bridgwater, Somerset. The role supports the Documents, Records & Completions function by delivering accurate management information, performance reporting and data analysis.

You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting, analyse data from multiple systems, improve data quality, automate reporting processes and provide clear insights to stakeholders across a major infrastructure programme.

Qualifications

• Strong experience using Power BI and developing dashboards and management reports.
• Experience analysing large datasets from multiple systems.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
• Strong data quality, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience automating and improving reporting processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or a regulated environment desirable.
• Nuclear, Quality, Completions, Document Control or Records Management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting and management information.
• Analyse data, trends, risks and performance to provide clear business insights.
• Maintain a single source of truth, ensuring data quality, accuracy and consistency.
• Combine and validate data from multiple systems and sources.

• Work with operational teams and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Present clear, actionable insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
