Qualifications

• Significant, specialized knowledge in benefits realization and demonstrable experience of its application

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a benefits realisation strategy aligned with government goals.
• Identify, define, and quantify benefits for projects with linkage to organisational objectives.
• Lead and coordinate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to secure buy-in and accountability.
• Develop mechanisms for tracking and reporting on benefits across projects.
• Continuously improve benefits realisation processes and capture lessons learned.
