Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Programme Assurance Coordinator to support the Programme Assurance Lead across the PPP pipeline at Sellafield.

The role involves optimizing assurance activities, developing templates and guidance, and coordinating the assurance community of practice within PPP. The role requires collaboration with project teams to apply assurance standards, develop reports, and drive continuous improvement, with security clearance eligibility and UK work rights.

Qualifications

• Knowledge/experience in Projects, Programmes or Portfolios.
• Understanding of Assurance in a Project environment.
• Ability to create/maintain high-quality reports engaging stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to collate/analyse/report data.
• Excellent communicator with strong networks; support Programme Assurance Lead.
• Experience in supporting improvement activities and delivering benefits.
• Holds or eligible to apply for UK security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Programme Assurance Lead in optimising assurance activities across PPP.
• Develops templates, tools and guidance to standardise assurance across the Programme.
• Coordinates the assurance community of practice within PPP via forums and communications.
• Collaborates with Project Teams to guidance on assurance standards.
• Identifies opportunities for assurance improvements with Project Teams.
• Collates and analyses assurance data to drive improvements; monitors benefits delivery.
• Develops assurance reports for the Programme Assurance Lead.
• Supports development of assurance training/education packages.
