Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Analyst to manage the Benefits Realisation data, develop dashboards, and support governance for a major UK programme. You will collaborate with project teams, ensure data accuracy, and provide timely reporting to senior stakeholders.

Based in Cumbria or Warrington, the role requires security clearance readiness and the ability to work on‑site within a nuclear UK environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Benefits Realisation database AMPLIFY with data accuracy as the single source of truth for benefits data and reporting.
• Reconcile and verify data between AMPLIFY and finance; investigate discrepancies and propose resolutions.
• Develop dashboards and visuals to support decision‑making and present findings clearly.
• Provide accurate data monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc for benefits reporting.
• Support the operation and governance of the Benefits Strategy and related processes.
• Coordinate Benefits Review meetings; prepare agendas, reports and minutes.
