Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children with behavioural needs at a reputable Primary School in Stratford. This role offers both ad hoc part-time work and full-time/long-term placements.

Requirements:

• Ability to support children with behavioural needs
• Previous experience with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
• Proactive and resilient personality
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection; successful candidates must pass all background checks, including an enhanced DBS
• Potential for regular rebooking and permanent contracts for full-time staff
• Accessible via Central line, suitable for candidates from Stratford, Leytonstone, Buckhurst Hill, Loughton, and Wood Green
