Milk Education is recruiting a Behaviour Support Worker to join schools in Ossett and Wakefield on a full-time basis. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with behavioural and SEMH needs, building relationships to promote engagement and wellbeing.
We welcome applicants from education, youth work, care, sports coaching, mentoring or residential support backgrounds who bring a calm, patient, and resilient approach and strong communication skills.
