An inclusive and bespoke specialist setting in Portsmouth is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join their staff team.
The setting supports individuals with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEMH) and SEN. The young people often display challenging behaviours, so the successful applicant must have relevant experience or be comfortable working with individuals experiencing emotional crises.
The role involves supporting young people throughout the day, providing guidance and support. You must be able to collaborate effectively with staff, possess exceptional organisational skills, and be dedicated to young people's development. The right candidate will inspire high achievement in young people from diverse backgrounds.
