Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a Behaviour Support Mentor to join a welcoming team at a secondary school in Trafford from September. This full-time role focuses on delivering targeted interventions to support students' behavioural development and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
You will work closely with the classroom teacher and SENCO, provide 1:1 support for KS3 and KS4 students, and help develop individual behaviour plans.

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a close client who are requiring a Behaviour Support Mentor to join their welcoming and supportive team on a full time basis from September. This role is based in a Secondary School in Trafford which is located close to various public transport links and there is also access to the staff car park if you drive.
Your main duties will be to deliver targeted interventions to assist students with improving their behavioural skills. You will work closely with the classroom teacher and the SENCO and should play a key role in fostering a safe learning environment for students.
The pay for this role will be around £95 per day dependent on experience.
