Garth Hill College is seeking a Behaviour Support Manager to lead and manage behaviour and inclusion across the College. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary between £41,122 and £45,519 and includes responsibilities such as overseeing the behaviour management system and supporting learners with behavioural needs. The role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong ethos for helping young people succeed academically and personally.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, resilient and dynamic person to the role of Behaviour Support Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Garth Hill senior team - the successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of behaviour and inclusion across the College, overseeing our behaviour management system and leading our Behaviour Support Centre that supports learners with their behavioural needs.
