A leading housing organization in South London seeks a Housing Manager to oversee their property management service, enhance resident engagement, and develop strategies for community development. About the role
You will be a pivotal point of contact between our tenants and internal teams, working alongside colleagues to manage our portfolio of properties and take full responsibility for all aspects of planning, resident engagement and the upholding tenancy terms and conditions. This includes responsibility for letting empty properties and the recovery of arrears.
It will be important to build effective relationships with all teams in Cowley to ensure we provide a joined-up housing service. You will work with your team to managing anti-social behaviour cases and positively contribute to our community development and engagement agenda.
You will be tasked with producing and delivering a service plan for the organisation with clear targets and performance indicators, as well as developing a strategy for managing anti-social behaviour.
