Job summary

Co-op Academy Walkden is seeking a dedicated individual to join our pastoral team as a Behaviour Support Assistant. You will work directly with students to deliver a range of interventions, including one-to-one and small-group work, and you will supervise our Reset facility in a two-person team to promote positive engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in behaviour support or pastoral care is desirable.
• Ability to deliver a range of interventions to pupils.
• Comfort working within a safeguarding framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide behaviour support for pupils across the pastoral team.
• Lead and supervise the Reset facility as part of a two-person team.
• Deliver targeted interventions to engage pupils and reduce withdrawal from lessons.
