Job summary

Academics Ltd seeks a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant in Maidenhead to help nurture an inclusive classroom environment. You will work directly with students to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation, supporting social skills and conflict resolution to ensure students have the tools to thrive.

You will participate in group activities, model healthy coping strategies, and help maintain a safe, positive learning space for all learners, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patience, empathy and genuine passion for supporting children.
• Experience supporting children with educational needs and social, emotional and mental health needs is beneficial but not essential.

• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation with students.
