Teaching Personnel are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join a dedicated pastoral team at a progressive and inclusive secondary school based in Wigan. The school is in a great location with excellent transport links to Bolton.
About the role:
In this role, you will support students with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties by promoting positive behaviour strategies, implementing tailored support plans, and providing one-to-one or small group interventions. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to help maintain a focused and inclusive learning environment, build trusting relationships with students, and offer guidance both in and out of the classroom to support their overall wellbeing and educational progress.
