WE’RE HIRING: Child Behaviour Support Superstars Wanted!

Location: Leeds

Start Date: Immediately (we’re ready when you are!)

Hours: Full Time (School Hours) Family friendly

Salary: £90 - £106 Per day

We’re recruiting passionate individuals to join a specialist school in North and South Leeds supporting young people from KL2, KS3, and KS4 who, for various reasons, aren’t thriving in mainstream settings. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to change lives, every single day.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

  • Be the daily cheerleader, motivator, and calm presence for students transitioning into our setting
  • Offer one-to-one and small group support with warmth, patience, and humour
  • Support young people with learning differences, communication barriers, and autistic traits
  • Stay steady during moments of challenge and celebrate every hard-earned success
  • Help students reconnect with learning and rediscover their confidence

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A calm, caring nature — even on the most tricky days
  • Resilience in bucketloads (plus a healthy dose of humour!)
  • A belief that every child deserves compassion and opportunity
  • Experience working with children or young people is a plus, but passion is the must-have

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available later.
