Salary: £90 - £106 Per day

We’re recruiting passionate individuals to join a specialist school in North and South Leeds that support incredible young people from KL2, KS3 and KS4 who, for one reason or another, aren’t thriving in mainstream settings. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to change lives, every single day.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

Be the daily cheerleader, motivator, and calm presence for students transitioning into our setting

Offer one-to-one and small group support with warmth, patience, and humour

Support young people with learning differences, communication barriers, and autistic traits

Stay steady during moments of challenge and celebrate every hard-earned success

Help students reconnect with learning and rediscover their confidence

What You Bring to the Table:

A calm, caring nature - even on the most tricky days

Resilience in bucketloads (plus a healthy dose of humour!)

A belief that every child deserves compassion and opportunity

Experience working with children or young people is a plus, but passion is the must-have

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
