Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking compassionate Behaviour Support Assistants to work across Primary, Secondary and SEND settings, helping students overcome challenges and reach their potential.

You will provide one-to-one support, reinforce positive behaviour strategies and promote confidence, resilience and engagement in learning. Roles span mainstream and specialist provisions, with opportunities for long-term placements and ongoing CPD.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs in schools.
• Ability to build confidence and resilience in students.
• Strong communication with teachers and carers.
• Patience and ability to work across primary, secondary and SEND settings.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
