A welcoming and supportive primary school in Macclesfield are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their dedicated team, working 1:1 with a pupil to provide targeted behavioural and academic support.
About the role:
In this role, you’ll work closely with a primary-aged student, delivering tailored interventions in core subjects such as English and Maths, while promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day. You'll play a key role in supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. You will also be responsible for monitoring behaviour, encouraging participation, and maintaining clear records to support the pupil’s development and progress.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
