Duration: Full time, ongoing
Salary: £85 – £100 per day
The School/Role:
An amazing special needs school in Lichfield is currently looking for a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant. The school is a community special school with students with SEMH needs, which requires conducting thorough assessments to accurately identify and understand the social, emotional, and mental health needs of all pupils, ensuring that each individual’s unique challenges and strengths are recognised and addressed.
Responsibilities:
This role will include supporting teachers with material preparation for lessons, assisting with displays, and providing direct 1-on-1 or small group student support.
The ideal candidate for a Behaviour Support Assistant role should:
