Secondary Supply Learning Support Assistants Needed!

To meet the demand for education support staff across Rochdale, Cover People UK are recruiting supply Learning Support Assistants!

Who We're Looking For:

• Youth Support Workers: Bring your experience in guiding and mentoring young people to our schools.
• Community and Outreach Workers: Use your skills to connect with students and help them thrive.
• Ex-Military and Ex-Police Personnel: Your discipline, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are highly valued in our schools.

Working as a Secondary Learning Support Assistant you will:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN needs.
• Support behaviour management by assisting students with challenging behaviour.
• Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Help create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective strategies for students.
• Provide support and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges.
