Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join a welcoming and Good-rated primary school in Lancaster. You will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with SEND to promote positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
The role involves working with the class teacher and SENCO to tailor support, building trusting relationships with pupils, staff and parents, and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work within a welcoming and supportive Good-rated primary school in Lancaster. The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to a pupil with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping to promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement within the classroom environment.
